A leading OFSTED 'Outstanding' mixed secondary school with a thriving Sixth Form in Enfield is seeking a full-time Science Teacher for a temporary one-term contract starting this September, with the strong possibility of moving to a permanent role. In This Role, You Will:
* Deliver the Science curriculum across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, fostering an engaging and inclusive learning experience for all students.
* Contribute to the school's ethos of excellent behaviour, strong safeguarding, and robust personal development.
* Actively participate in and enrich the school's vibrant extra-curricular life, which includes a wide array of clubs, trips, and performances.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the overall well-being and academic progress of a diverse student body.
About You:
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are a specialist in Science.
* You possess proven experience teaching Science to students aged 11-18, with a track record of fostering strong academic outcomes.
* You are passionate about creating an inclusive learning environment and supporting student mental health.
* You are keen to contribute to a school that strives to be an "example of best practice" in education.
