Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Science Teacher looking for a new role this September? Tradewind Recruitment is currently supporting a high-achieving secondary school in South London, and we're seeking a dedicated teacher of Science to join their team full-time from September 2025.

The Role
As a Science Teacher, your key responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging, practical-based lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 (with possible Key Stage 5 if experienced)
Inspiring curiosity and scientific thinking in students of all abilities
Using a range of teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs
Preparing students for assessments and examinations
Contributing to departmental planning, resource development, and extracurricular activitiesPerson Specification / Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification
Have experience teaching Science in a UK secondary school setting
Be confident in your science specialism, with the ability to teach across the science curriculum at KS3 and KS4
Possess an Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply for one)
Have the legal right to work in the UK
Provide a CV covering the last 10 years of employment history (where applicable)About the School (This Client)
