Science Teacher
Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a motivated and knowledgeable Science Teacher to join a high-achieving secondary school located in Stroud. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and supportive educational setting, with the role expected to run for two terms, and potential for extension.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract Type: Full-time, temporary (two terms)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and inclusive Science lessons across Key Stages
Teach Biology, Chemistry, and Physics up to GCSE level
Plan and implement a broad and balanced curriculum aligned with national standards
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning through strong classroom management skills
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Contribute to the development of a dynamic and ambitious Science department
Promote a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environmentIdeal Candidate
Holds QTS or an equivalent UK teaching qualification
Strong subject knowledge across the science disciplines
Experience teaching Science up to GCSE level
Demonstrates excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies
Passionate about inspiring students and fostering a love for science
Skilled at engaging learners of all abilities
