As a trainee, you will receive excellent support and mentoring from experienced teachers, helping you to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become a confident and successful science educator. * Assist in planning and teaching: support the planning and delivery of Science lessons across KS3-KS5, ensuring they are engaging, challenging, and aligned with the curriculum. * Classroom Management: maintain a positive and well-structured classroom environment that promotes learning and encourages curiosity. * Assessment and feedback: help monitor the progress of students and assist in assessing their understanding. * Subject-specific support: work with pupils to develop their understanding and interest in Science through practical experiments, demonstrations, and investigations. * Collaboration: work alongside experienced science teachers and colleagues to share best practices, resources, and ideas for continuous improvement.
