As our Teacher of Science, joining us in September 2025, with a significant role in A-Level Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics, you will:
* Lead Curriculum Innovation: Take a prominent role in the delivery and development of the Science curriculum across all relevant key stages, inspiring high-achieving students, particularly at Key Stage 5, to reach their full academic potential and fostering a college-wide appreciation for scientific inquiry.
* Drive Pedagogical Excellence: Have the opportunity to implement and champion innovative teaching methodologies, incorporate advanced experimental techniques and contemporary research, and explore cutting-edge scientific concepts relevant to university-level study, with a clear focus on the demands of A-Level.
* Mentor and Champion Talent: Act as a role model and mentor for a diverse group of students, including international learners, fostering their aspirations for further study at top universities and careers in scientific research, medicine, engineering, or technology, actively guiding our A-Level students towards academic distinction.
* Collaborate with a Dynamic Science Department: Work alongside a team of expert and passionate Science specialists, sharing best practices and contributing strategically to the overall success and strong performance of the department, with a key focus on the delivery of exceptional A-Level Science programmes.
