Experienced School Science Technician needed in South Birmingham.
Start Date: September 2025 - Ongoing with possible permanent position for right candidate
**Experience with working with children is essential, please only apply if you fit this criteria**
Required to start from September 2025, this popular school seek an enthusiastic Science Technician for full time post. This role requires a Science Technician who has previous experience in the field. Duties would include:
General upkeep of the science lab and equipment
Setting up, collecting and testing samples
Maintaining, calibrating and cleaning equipment
Providing technical support
Writing reports, reviews and summaries
Carrying out risk assessments
Ordering & maintain stock levels
A science background is essential for the role, the school will not consider applicants that have not had experience in the filed. The right applicant also must have at least 6 months experience working with children. Please consider this before applying.

Experience in lab work
