Science Teacher/Technician - Full-Time - Kettering - October 2025 Start
Are you a passionate Science Teacher or an experienced Science Technician looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and forward-thinking school environment?
Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a secondary school in the Kettering area, seeking either a Science Teacher or a Skilled Science Technician to join their team from October 2025. This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about science education and wants to make a real impact on students' learning.
The Role:
Full-time position starting in October 2025
Open to both qualified Science Teachers and experienced Science Technicians
Teaching science across KS3 and KS4 (for teachers)
Supporting practical lessons, preparing resources, and maintaining lab equipment (for technicians)
Contributing to a well-resourced and collaborative science department
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) OR have strong experience as a science technician in a school or lab setting
Have a genuine interest in science education and student development
Be organised, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Have good knowledge of health and safety procedures in a lab environment
Be available to start in October 2025 (or sooner)
