Job Description

Are you passionate about science and global collaboration? Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Scientific Programme Officer to help deliver its international programme of scientific meetings and events. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of one of the world's most prestigious scientific institutions, supporting global research and innovation. What You'll Do Lead the planning and delivery of international scientific meetings, lectures, and networking events Collaborate with scientists, Fellows, and international partners to shape impactful programmes Manage logistics, budgets, and delegate processes with precision Draft briefing materials and reports for senior stakeholders Support onsite delivery of events in the UK and abroad (approx. 3 trips/year) What We're Looking For Proven experience managing complex, high-profile events-ideally with international partners Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong project management and organisational abilities A degree or equivalent experience Cultural awareness and a passion for science and global engagement Familiarity with the academic or scientific community Understanding of interdisciplinary research and its global impact Join our client in promoting scientific excellence and international collaboration.
