Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Support R&D and New Product Development (NPD) projects by assisting in formulation development and small-scale laboratory testing
Accurately record, analyse, and interpret experimental data, and prepare clear reports for internal teams and stakeholders
Maintain high standards of health & safety and adhere to the company's quality management systems
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate findings effectively to line managers and contribute to project discussionsRequirements:
Recent degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
Recent Lab experience (academic or industrial)
Proficient in MS Office
Proactive, curious, and a team player with strong communication skillsBenefits:
