Screen Printer / Printing Operative – Manufacturing Plant

Location: Stone, Staffordshire
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 per year + Overtime
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week- Rotating shifts

We are seeking an experienced Screen Printer / Printing Operative to join our fast-paced manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with screen printing, production, or print finishing experience to take the next step in their career.

As a Screen Printer, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality printed products for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Operate screen printing machines to produce high-quality prints

  * 

    Prepare screens, inks, and materials for production runs

  * 

    Set up and adjust machines to achieve consistent print quality

  * 

    Inspect finished products for defects and maintain quality standards

  * 

    Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance

  * 

    Work to meet daily production targets

  * 

    Follow all Health & Safety procedures

  * 

    Maintain accurate production logs and records

Experience & Qualifications

  * 

    Previous experience as a Screen Printer, Print Operative, or Production Operative

  * 

    Experience in a manufacturing or printing environment

  * 

    Ability to work with inks, screens, and printing equipment

  * 

    Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

  * 

    Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery safely

  * 

    Flexibility to work shifts if required

  * 

    Good communication and teamworking skills
