Job Description
Our client, a leading organisation in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a Scrum Master to join their team on a contract basis. This exciting opportunity involves helping teams achieve their goals, improving Agile Release Train performance, and facilitating Planning Interval planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Serving as a Scrum Master for teams, ensuring they follow the Scaled Agile Framework 6.0
Facilitating Planning Interval planning and iteration execution
Improving flow and supporting the building of high-performing teams
Attending all PI Planning Conferences
Job Requirements:
Qualification as a Scaled Agile Framework Scrum Master
Experience in the Scaled Agile Framework 6.0
Strong project management skills
Background in Defence & Security is highly desirable
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Contract Details:
Part-time role: 3 days per week (0.6 FTE)
