Job Description

The role: This role sits on the Digital side of the company. The role is a mixture of two elements: Software Client Management, including the development and implementation of detailed service agreements and Systems Development Enablement. Client Management will begin with maintaining a strong relationship with our SaaS clients currently including ABF, Co-op, Savills and ZTP Consultancy team. The successful candidate will be required to do this by sometimes leading/ sometimes assisting the Account manager in weekly, bi-monthly, monthly and quarterly client meetings (frequency varying by client preference). Within these meetings you be required to provide updates on projects, queries, and report on KPIs relevant to each client. As the Senior Account executive, the candidate will also be expected to offer and manage first line ad-hoc support to clients to fix any issue they are having with both trace and Kiveev. Finally, the candidate will be required to learn how to project manage the onboarding of new clients with the assistance of your account Managers and Directors. The Systems Development Management element of the role will require the successful candidate to firstly develop an in-depth knowledge of all areas of ZTP software products and service offerings including GRESB module and ESG Enable. Other knowledge needed will be an in-depth familiarity to all pages in Kiveev and the interplay each page has throughout the wider system. Once this knowledge is gained, the candidate will be required to present any development requests or bugs to the software team and take part in Sprint Open and Sprint Close meetings to ensure client requirements are being moved through the development roadmap for delivery and that the candidate always has an awareness of progress on these developments. The candidate will also be responsible for upskilling client users as required either via training sessions or face to face. Main Duties & Responsibilities: General *Maintain good working relationships with software clients, managing their expectations of software rollouts to their individual client roadmaps. *Mentor the consultancy platform users to develop their current skills. *Work alongside team members to offer support during times of absence, develop into taking some client calls solo when workflows dictate. *Understand the entire ZTP software ecosystem and develop an in-depth working knowledge of every function of the platforms. *Understand the software development roadmap by taking part in sprint, design and planning meetings on a regular basis, which will provide an opportunity to share feedback from clients and ZTP users. *Take the lead by carrying manual software testing on trace, which will also provide in-depth knowledge and training of new functionality prior to release. Lead feedback into the developers on Sprint open and close meetings. *Develop knowledge of the energy industry to a level required to understand the mechanics of the Kiveev platform e.g. non-commodity charges and flex contract trading. *Heavy focus will be put on onboarding of new clients, you will be expected to join kick off meetings and offer your input and skills in delivering pre-determined onboarding project plans Internal ZTP Software Support *First line support for ZTP consultancy employees on queries involving potential bugs and how to use the platforms. This will be provided via the Trace and Kiveev channels within Teams. *Provide system training to ZTP employees and external clients if/when new functionality is released. *Aid in ad hoc jobs these will be mainly focused around data onboarding *Work with ZTP employees who offer development ideas to gauge whether they are possible. Raise these to the development team and provide feedback to ZTP consultancy interested stakeholders. *Assist the sales team in getting demo’s ready for potential new clients. *Delegate where required to achieve the above. Person Specification: First and foremost, we are seeking someone who is driven and does not sit around waiting to be told what to do but instead identifies what the client needs and responds before being asked. The ideal candidate will have managed large clients before and is seen to lead by example.
