Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Join this growing team! Salary: £28,000–£34,000 base + up to 25% team bonus + 9% pension (Total package: £37,500–£45,500) Location: Central Bristol (Hybrid: 2 days WFH once probation passed) Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs, with 30 hrs considered for the right person) Looking for a sales role where you’ll make a real impact and actually enjoy coming to work? What you’ll be doing This isn’t just about hitting dials—it’s about engaging intelligently with senior decision-makers and spotting real opportunities. You’ll be: Researching and identifying target accounts that fit their Ideal Customer Profile. Crafting personalised outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and events. Booking and running first-time calls to qualify opportunities. Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to sharpen the business' messaging. Representing the business at events and building trusted relationships. Feeding insights back into strategy to help them stay ahead of the curve.Your success will be measured by the pipeline you build, the quality of your conversations, and your ability to create momentum with ambitious businesses. They want someone to make this role their own – have full autonomy and pull fully qualified leads – the ways in which you do best! Who they’re looking for You don’t need to tick every box, but ideally you’ll bring: 2+ years in a sales role (bonus if it’s in tech, consultancy, or agency settings). Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders in a consultative, insight-led way. A solid grasp of B2B sales and qualifying complex opportunities. CRM know-how (HubSpot experience a plus). Strong written and verbal communication—clear, personable, and persuasive. Curiosity, commercial awareness, and the drive to make things happen.
