Estover, Plymouth | £14.50 per hour | Monday-Friday | 8am-4:30pm | Temporary with Potential to Become Permanent
Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Seamstress / Seamster to join a busy manufacturing company based in Estover, Plymouth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Seamstress, Seamster, Sewing Machinist, Industrial Sewing Operative, or Textile Operative looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
What We Offer
£14.50 per hour.
Monday to Friday working.
Hours: 8am-4:30pm.
Temporary role with the potential to become permanent.
Weekly pay.
Excellent location with easy access to public transport.
Supportive and friendly working environment.
Key Duties
Sew and alter garments to customer specifications.
Carry out repairs and minor alterations to finished products.
Interpret patterns and select appropriate fabrics.
Cut and stitch fabrics to produce high-quality finished products.
Work to production targets while maintaining excellent quality standards.
Follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
Recent experience as a Seamstress, Seamster, Sewing Machinist, or in a similar sewing role.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work to production deadlines and targets.
Strong commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
Reliable with a positive and proactive approach to work.
