Location: Coventry
Pay Rate: £12.21+ per hour DOE
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Thursday, 7:30AM – 4:15PM
Friday, 7:30am - 12:30pm
We are recruiting for a Seamstress or Sewing Machnist. Are you passionate about precision sewing and high-quality craftsmanship? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer specialising in automotive interiors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team producing bespoke seating and interior components for luxury vehicles.
About the Role:
Sewing high-quality upholstery and interior components following technical specifications.
Working with materials such as leather, vinyl, and textiles to create vehicle interiors.
Collaborating with upholsterers, design, and production teams to meet quality and delivery standards.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment while caring for sewing equipment and tools.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a seamstress or sewing machinist, ideally in manufacturing, upholstery, fashion, or automotive trim.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality finishes.
Ability to read patterns, follow instructions, and work efficiently to production deadlines.
A positive work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques.
