Location: Cheltenham Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR An established and creative secondary school in Cheltenham is looking for an ambitious Second in Department for Art to join their passionate and supportive arts team. This leadership role is ideal for a teacher with strong subject knowledge and the desire to support curriculum development and staff progression. About the School The school is recognised for its inclusive ethos and high standards in the creative arts. The Art department offers a broad curriculum including fine art, textiles, and digital media, supported by specialist studios and digital equipment. Students are encouraged to explore creative processes, critical thinking, and personal expression.
