Your Role
*
Support leadership in curriculum delivery, assessment, and quality assurance
*
Teach Physics across all key stages, preparing students for GCSE and A-Level success
*
Mentor and support colleagues, including NQTs and ECTs
*
Help organise STEM enrichment activities, such as clubs, competitions, and trips
*
Contribute to departmental CPD and collaborative teaching strategies
Ideal Candidate
*
Qualified Physics teacher with a Physics degree and QTS
*
Experience teaching across KS3–KS5 with a strong track record of student progress
*
Leadership skills or aspiration to develop them through mentoring and management
*
Passion for physics and enthusiasm for inspiring young scientists
*
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
