Synapri are partnering with a growing MSP supporting a diverse commercial and education client base, seeking a Second Line Support Technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a solid Microsoft technology background.
This is a hands-on role, providing exposure to varied environments and playing a key role in delivering high-quality technical support and maintaining critical IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver 1st and 2nd line support across ~100 clients
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
* Support Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure)
* Install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment and systems
* Monitor performance and carry out preventative maintenance
* Maintain accurate records within the helpdesk/ticketing system
Required Experience
* 3–5 years’ MSP experience (essential)
* Strong knowledge of Windows Client/Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure
* Solid understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, wired and wireless)
* Proven troubleshooting ability in fast-paced environments
