Secondary Cover Supervisor – The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise and deliver pre-set lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
Ensure students are engaged and focused on completing classwork
Manage classroom behaviour using the school’s policies
Liaise with teaching staff to support students’ progress
Provide feedback after lessons to relevant teaching staff
