Cover Supervisor – Croxley Green

Location: Croxley Green, Hertfordshire
 Start Date: ASAP
 Salary: £90–£130 per day (dependent on experience)

In this role, you will supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring students remain engaged with pre-planned work and maintaining a positive learning environment. Requirements:

 • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 • Confidence in managing groups of students and maintaining classroom discipline.
 • The ability to remain calm, organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
 • A genuine interest in education and supporting young people to succeed.
