Responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering high-quality English lessons
Supporting student progress through formative and summative assessment
Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Contributing to departmental planning and school lifeRequirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
PGCE or equivalent in English or a related subject
Passion for teaching and ability to inspire secondary students
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
