Simply Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Teacher with strong behaviour management skills to work in a secondary school in Scunthorpe. About the Role:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Effectively manage classroom behaviour, creating a positive and productive learning environment
Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and student needs
Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour
Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience for all students
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience in a secondary school setting
Excellent behaviour management skills
Strong subject knowledge across a range of different subjects
Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to different classroom environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
