Job Description
This role invites you to be a guide in helping students see geography as a dynamic exploration of our world—not just maps and place names. Teaching across KS3 and KS4, you'll spark curiosity about people, places, and the environment, empowering pupils to connect local issues with global challenges. From unpacking climate change and migration to examining cultural diversity, your lessons will encourage students to think both critically and compassionately.
Expect to balance academic rigour with creative, inquiry-based teaching using fieldwork, technology, and real-world resources. You'll guide pupils toward strong GCSE outcomes while maintaining their curiosity and sense of responsibility for the world around them.
