Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for flexible and rewarding work across secondary schools in Doncaster? Tradewind Recruitment is seeking passionate HLTAs to join our team and support a range of local schools on a supply and short-term basis.

The Role:
As a supply HLTA, you will:
Provide high-quality classroom support across a variety of year groups and subjects
Deliver pre-planned lessons and interventions in the teacher's absence
Support pupils with their academic and personal development
Adapt to different school environments while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
About You:
We're looking for HLTAs who:
Hold HLTA status (or equivalent experience)
Are confident leading small groups or whole classes
Bring flexibility, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach
Have strong communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed
