Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Secondary School – HX3 Area

The Education Network is working in partnership with a thriving Secondary School in the HX3 area to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual who is keen to make a difference in the lives of young people and support their academic, social, and emotional development.
Role Responsibilities:
Delivering learning activities to whole classes, small groups, and on a one-to-one basis in line with teacher planning.
Supporting teachers in the planning, delivery, and assessment of lessons across a range of subjects.
Adapting learning materials to meet the needs of individual students, including those with SEND.
Assisting in classroom management and promoting positive behaviour.
Providing feedback to teachers and contributing to the wider pastoral support of students.Requirements:
HLTA status or equivalent Level 4 qualification.
Previous experience supporting learning within a Secondary school environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
A flexible and proactive approach to supporting both students and teaching staff.
An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).The School Offers:
