About the Role:
Teach Humanities subjects (History, Geography, or RE) across KS3-KS4
Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons that inspire curiosity and debate
Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and resource development
Support the progress of all students through effective teaching and meaningful feedback
Take part in school trips, enrichment activities, and cross-curricular projects
Work closely with colleagues in the Humanities department and wider school community
What We're Looking For:
A degree in a Humanities subject (e.g. History, Geography, RE)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching at secondary level (KS3-KS4 essential, KS5 desirable)
A commitment to high-quality teaching and inclusive education
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A current Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
