✅ The Role:
Support the teaching and learning of students across KS3–KS4 in a range of subjects
Working with individuals and small groups in and out of the classroom
Help create an inclusive, encouraging classroom environment where every student feels valued
Support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development
Aid in managing classroom behaviour and promoting positive engagement
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to meet pupil needs

Experienced TA/LSA's seeking a new opportunity
Graduates considering a future in teaching or education
Individuals with experience supporting young people, including in youth work or care roles
Those with tutoring/coaching experience, eg. Music, Sport, Creative Arts, Maths, Languages etc
Those looking for full-time, flexible, or supply work in schools
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with secondary-aged children or young people
A Full clean UK Driving License
A calm, adaptable approach and strong communication skills
Ability to support students with varied learning needs, including SEN
Team player who thrives in a school environment
Valid Enhanced Child-Only DBS or willingness to apply for one
A passion for supporting young people and helping them succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
