The Role

Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential)

Track and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
*
Create a classroom environment that promotes curiosity, resilience and achievement
*
Manage behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations for all learners
*
Contribute to departmental planning and wider school life
What We’re Looking For
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS via PGCE
*
Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
*
Effective classroom management and communication skills
*
A genuine passion for inspiring young people to enjoy Maths
*
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
