We’re supporting a highly regarded secondary school in the Wheatley area, celebrated for its nurturing ethos, strong pastoral care, and focus on both academic and personal development. The school prides itself on a modern learning environment with innovative teaching strategies and a collaborative staff culture.
We’re recruiting for Qualified Secondary Teachers (QTS), Cover Supervisors, and Support Staff (LSAs and Teaching Assistants) to help meet growing demand across the school.
Key responsibilities:
Delivering engaging lessons or supervising pre-set work
Supporting students across a range of subjects and abilities
Fostering a safe and positive classroom environment
Ideal candidates will:
Hold QTS or have experience working within secondary education
Demonstrate excellent organisation and adaptability
Bring energy, reliability, and enthusiasm to the role
