School Administrator – Secondary School (SIMS & Arbor Experience Required)

Contract: Full-time / Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £100 per day (paid weekly via Teaching Personnel)
Are you an organised, proactive, and tech-savvy individual with experience using SIMS and Arbor? We’re looking for a friendly and reliable School Admin Assistant to join a busy, welcoming Bradford Secondary School and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes!
Your Role:
Be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff
Manage and update student data & attendance using SIMS and Arbor
Handle phone calls, emails, and day-to-day admin tasks
️ Prepare letters, reports, and key school documents
Support meetings, appointments, and school events
Work closely with the senior leadership and pastoral teams
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience using SIMS & Arbor – ESSENTIAL
✅ Previous admin experience in a UK school setting
✅ Strong IT, communication & organisational skills
✅ A calm, professional & positive attitude
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
