Are you an experienced School Administrator ready for your next opportunity? We are currently seeking a proactive, organised, and dedicated individual to join a thriving school in the Dudley area this September.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the school
Using SIMS to maintain accurate student records and attendance data
Handling communications with parents, staff, and external agencies
Processing payments and managing school income through ParentPay
Assisting with admissions, pupil data, and reporting
Providing front-of-house support including answering phones and welcoming visitors
Requirements:
Proven experience using SIMS and ParentPay in a school environment (essential)
Excellent communication and IT skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy office
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience working within a school setting (minimum 1 year preferred)
All applicants must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
