Secondary School Cover Supervisor – Bradford 

Are you confident, resilient, and ready to step into the classroom? We are currently recruiting a Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools across Bradford on a supply basis with Teaching Personnel! ✨

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced school support staff or graduates looking to build on their classroom experience.

 Location: Bradford
  Contract: Flexible Supply Work (Full-time / Part-time / Day-to-day)
  Pay: Competitive daily rates

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

‍ Supervise full classes in the absence of the teacher
 Deliver pre-set work and keep students on task
 Manage classroom behaviour effectively
 Support students with their learning where required
 Provide feedback to teaching staff on progress and behaviour

Essential Requirements (PLEASE READ):

Previous experience working in UK secondary schools is ESSENTIAL
 Strong behaviour management skills
️ Confident leading students aged 11–16
 Reliable, flexible, and professional approach
 Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
