We're currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their supportive team from September 2025. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and enjoys working with young people across a variety of subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise classes during the short-term absence of the assigned teacher
Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain on task
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and engagement
Support the wider school community as needed
