Job Description – Secondary School Teacher

  * Position: Secondary School ECT

  * Location: London, United Kingdom

  * Working Hours: 08:30 – 16:30

  * Contract Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

  * Salary: From M1.

  * Start Date: Immediate or January start.

Responsibilities:

  * Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

  * Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports pupils; academic and personal development.

  * Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

  * Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the learning experience.

  * Uphold school policies and classroom behaviour management strategies to maintain a productive learning environment.

  * Person Specification – Secondary School ECTs

  * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

  * Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.

  * Passionate about creating engaging learning experiences for children.

Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students.
A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a school
community.

Must have a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
