Job Description
Academic Appointments is working with secondary schools across Sheffield / Doncaster and Rotherham to recruit Qualified Teachers (QTS) for cover roles. We welcome applications from experienced teachers and ECTs looking to gain classroom experience.
Role Duties:
* Teach pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Maintain classroom order and pupil engagement
* Provide feedback to staff where required
* Support pupils with varying needs and abilities
* Ensure safeguarding and school policies are followed
Candidate Requirements:
* QTS and recent teaching experience
* Strong subject knowledge and adaptability
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
* Professional and reliable work ethic
