Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons to KS3 & KS4
*
Adapt the UK National Curriculum to meet diverse learners’ needs
*
Implement effective inclusion strategies to raise student achievement
*
Monitor and report on students’ personal and academic progress
*
Support continuous professional development for teaching staff
Person Specification
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
*
Minimum 6 months UK teaching experience, ideally in a SEMH/SEND setting
*
Strong track record of outstanding classroom practice
*
Skilled in differentiating lessons for a wide range of abilities
*
Excellent organisational and behaviour-management skills
*
Committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
