Role - Secondary (SEN) Teaching Assistant
Location – Bridgnorth WV16
Trusted Talent are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic SEN teaching assistant to support students in a well-established secondary school in Bridgnorth.
Pay- £100 - £130 per day dependent on experience.
As an Secondary SEND Teaching Assistant your role will involve providing support and supervision to students with a range of special educational needs within a secondary school setting, ensuring they can access the curriculum, develop independence, and take part fully in school life.
Requirements:
* GCSE level standard education.
* Passionate about improving the learning of students.
* Awareness and knowledge of pupils with emotional and social difficulties that impact their behaviour.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
* Confident leading small groups and monitoring students’ academic progress and struggles.
