About the role
Heart of Supply is seeking secondary subject specialists to join our growing network of teachers supporting schools across Lincolnshire. These flexible roles include day-to-day cover, short-term assignments and long-term opportunities in a variety of subjects, from core curriculum areas like English, Maths, and Science, to Humanities, PE, Computing, and beyond.

About the schools
We work in partnership with a wide range of Lincolnshire secondary schools, from inclusive mainstream academies and faith schools to specialist SEND and alternative provision settings. Our partner schools are welcoming, well-resourced, and committed to providing students with meaningful, engaging learning, even when their usual teacher is absent. Whatever your subject or background, we’ll match you with schools where you can make a real impact, and feel supported along the way.
What you will need:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent UK secondary classroom experience
* Subject knowledge and the flexibility to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Strong behaviour management rooted in respect and clarity
* Confidence in building quick rapport with students and staff
* A proactive, adaptable attitude and a genuine passion for your subject
* A minimum of 6 weeks’ UK teaching experience (including placements)
What we offer you:
* Competitive weekly PAYE pay
* A range of roles that work around your lifestyle, preferences, and goals
* Access to exclusive secondary teaching opportunities across Lincolnshire
* Ongoing support from an experienced, approachable consultant who genuinely listens
* Free CPD and continuous professional development
* A simple ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme
* A transparent, people-first agency that genuinely cares about your journey
We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. All applicants will be subject to enhanced DBS checks (with children’s barred list), professional references, and appropriate online vetting as part of our safer recruitment process.
