As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will be confident managing a classroom, quick to build rapport, and able to slot into new environments with ease. Most importantly, you’ll bring energy, professionalism and consistency to every lesson, even at short notice.

We work in partnership with a wide network of welcoming, well-supported schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas, including primary and secondary schools, academies, local authority provisions, and specialist SEND settings. What you’ll need
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a solid track record of classroom experience in the UK
* Confidence to step into new settings and deliver lessons with minimal handover
* Excellent behaviour management and the ability to maintain a calm, purposeful classroom environment
* Strong communication skills to quickly establish routines and build pupil rapport
* A flexible, organised mindset and the ability to adapt smoothly to different school cultures and expectations
