Secondary Supply Teachers of all subjects Responsibilities:
Deliver well-prepared lessons within your subject specialism.
Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive learning atmosphere.
Differentiate teaching to meet a variety of pupil needs and abilities.
Keep records of pupil progress and lesson activities.
Work collaboratively with school staff and adhere to school policies.
Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
Secondary Supply Teacher Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification in the UK.
Specialism in any secondary subject area.
Prior experience working as a Secondary Supply Teacher teaching various secondary class subjects is essential.
Effective behaviour management and communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to new school settings and build relationships with pupils.
Sound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
