✅ QTS qualification with strong subject knowledge and a commitment to high-quality teaching

✅ A positive, professional, and student-centred approach to learning, behaviour, and classroom culture
✅ Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies across KS1/KS2 or KS3/KS4 (depending on the role)
✅ Skilled in building positive relationships with pupils, supporting their academic and personal development
