About the role
Teaching personnel are currently recruiting for a hard-working dedicated Secondary Teacher to support a multitude of schools in the Swansea & West Wales area. This is a fantastic opportunity to pick up some flexible work, build experience, and become part of a highly supportive network.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3 & 4 within your specialist subject or through general classroom cover
Support pupils academic progress, engagement, and wellbeing
Adapt confidently to new school environments, teaching styles, and pupil needs
Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies
What we’re looking for
Strong subject knowledge in your specialist subject and the ability to deliver general cover
Effective classroom management and positive teaching approach
A commitment to safeguarding and pupil well-being
Enhanced DBS check
EWC registration
PGEC (Post Graduate Certificate of Education) – desired not required
Any other teaching qualifications that would be relevant are desired but not requried
