Secondary School Supply Teacher – Spalding Area
Location: Spalding and surrounding villages
Contract Type: Flexible / Day-to-Day / Short-Term
Daily Rate: £140 – £240 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Are you a qualified secondary teacher looking for flexible work in the Spalding area? We’re currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to support a range of local secondary schools with day-to-day and short-term cover.
About the Role:
Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (subject specialism welcomed)
Follow school plans and adapt to different classroom environments
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
Provide feedback to staff and contribute to pupil progress
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working in UK secondary schools
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
