Key Responsibilities of a Secondary Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with SEND
Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress
Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and support staff
Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities

What we're looking for in a Secondary Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A commitment to continuous professional development and student success
Experience in secondary education is desirable but not essential for ECTs
