We are currently working with a well-regarded special school in Luton that is seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The school is open to applicants available immediately or for a September 2025 start.

The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated teacher who can:

Deliver engaging, accessible lessons tailored to diverse SEND profiles
*
Foster a calm, supportive classroom environment using positive behaviour strategies
*
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and senior staff
*
Build strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers
*
Bring creativity, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset to the classroom

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
*
Experience with SEND either in a mainstream or special school setting

Strong communication and organisational skills
