About the Role:
You will:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils
*
Inspire and challenge students to achieve their full potential
*
Differentiate content and support learners of all abilities, including those with SEND or EAL
*
Assess, track, and report on pupil progress
*
Contribute to the wider school community and collaborate with your department
*
Maintain a positive classroom environment and high standards of behaviour
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE
✅ Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach across KS3 and KS4
✅ Experience or confidence working in a secondary school setting
✅ Effective classroom management and clear communication skills
✅ Passionate about teaching and committed to student progress
✅ All subject specialisms welcome – Maths, English, Science, Humanities, PE, and MFL are particularly in demand
