Pay: £89.38 per day (£13.75/hour) Weekly Pay Immediate Start Available Once Cleared To Work

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting teachers in the classroom with learning and behaviour management.
Working 1:1 or in small groups to re-engage students and boost confidence.
Assisting with calm de-escalation and behaviour plans.
Helping pupils with focus, routines, and emotional wellbeing.
Travelling across RCT to provide consistent support where it’s needed most.
Building relationships that could lead to long-term placement opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Confident drivers willing to travel daily across RCT.
Patient, approachable, and calm under pressure.
Strong communicators with a proactive mindset.
Reliable and flexible team players.
Experience in youth work, coaching, care, or similar (school experience a bonus).
Passionate about making a difference in education.
