Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-class support to students and teachers, including 1:1 and small group interventions
Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources

Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO, and parents/carers
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including clubs, trips, and enrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with secondary-aged students (desirable but not essential)
A calm, patient, and caring approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to safeguarding and child protection
A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, or willingness to train)
