Are you an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills and fluency in Spanish?
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Secretariat Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to our Secretariat and senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and prepare agendas, papers, and minutes for Board, committee, and team meetings.
* Maintain accurate records of meetings and follow up on action points.
* Manage correspondence and draft letters, emails, and reports in both English and Spanish.
* Organise travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff, trustees, and external partners.
* Support governance and compliance processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting.
* Maintain and update organisational records and databases.
About You
You will bring:
* Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally within a charity or membership organisation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (fluency required).
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence using digital tools and systems.
* A discreet, professional approach when handling sensitive information.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week based in the office.
