Are you an experienced Civil Engineer looking to work on major infrastructure and road schemes with a top-tier contractor?
A leading Engineering Contractor is seeking a motivated and skilled Section or Senior Engineer to join their team in Leiston, Suffolk. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projects in a dynamic and supportive environment.
🔍 The Role:
You’ll play a key role in delivering large-scale infrastructure and road schemes, taking full responsibility for setting out and managing engineering works on site.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurate setting out and site engineering duties
*
Supporting site management with technical information and planning
*
Ensuring work is completed in line with specifications and drawings
*
Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
*
Quality assurance and record keeping
*
Health and safety compliance
✅ Requirements:
*
HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
*
Proven experience on infrastructure or road schemes
*
Strong setting out skills (GPS/Total Station, etc.)
*
Right to work in the UK
*
Must live within 1 – 1.25 hours of Leiston
